Yona is the summer home of the Cambridge Bears Lacrosse program and is committed to its development in the present and the future.  Our teams are built to learn how to play the Cambridge Way.  Playing for coaches who either coach at CHS or who have played for CHS, is the absolute best way for this program to develop going forward.

Yona aims to develop a program where Cambridge players can compete in top tier tournaments together and develop their skills.  This is a competitive program that is designed to keep our players together and build chemistry that will show up when the Bears take the field in the Spring.
