Yona Lacrosse is the Summer lacrosse home for the Cambridge Bears.  Directed by Jason Alberici, Yona aims to develop a program where Cambridge players can compete in top tier tournaments together and develop their skills.  This is a competitive program that is designed to keep our players together and build chemistry that will show up when the Bears take the field in the Spring.

• To serve as part of our year round program that allows HS coaches to work with the players in Summer
